The day that the Buffalo Bills were playing in the playoffs for the first time if forever was also the first day that Scott and I got out riding Kitewing in 2018. New Vid: Speed, Jumps, Crashes! Long Pond Snow Kiting
Doug C. must have been really stoked after his session snow kiting on Long Pond, because this video made it up in less than 24 hours. Conditions look killer for the crew to rip some 40 mph+ runs, loft some jumps, and even ski backwards. Thanks for the winter fire this video gives us Doug.

Warm temps and thick ice combined with warm winds to set up great conditions for a Kitewing session on the southern end of Irondequoit Bay. Winds were gusting to the low twenties and temps neared fifty as Scott , Gary, and Doug used skis to carve the IBay ice. Of note was Gary’s first ever session. Great start to the season.
