South Florida Kiting

I recently had 5 days of kiting in Biscayne Bay, Tampa Bay and the keys. Every place I kited had the same conditions: A sandbar 1/4 to 1/2 mile offshore with onshore wind that made for really flat water with mile long reaches. Cool vide Mark!

 

Glad you scored some great wind and recorded some riding to boot.  You’re getting some nice air too.  So quiet and floaty.

I saw a pretty cool jump/transition (from a windsurfers perspective) at the 3:56 mark of your vid.  Another rider starts doing a low back roll that transitions to a twist and lands going back in the direction that he came from.  Looked slow mo.

Anyhow, thanks for thinking to share this here.
