Digital Forensic Expert Witness – This paper attempts to describe the Malaysian Computer Crimes Act 1997 (CCA 1997) and provide important guidelines for a successful computer crime investigation. However, having laws alone will not be sufficient to carry out trials against cyber criminals.

I see pics!!
Those were pretty good boards I think (based on old WindRider Magazine tests). Interesting that it only has that two bolt base as an attachment point. That would be fairly unique for the late 80’s I think. Stuff had started to standardize then (not masts…that would take another decade!!!).
If nobody wants the board, save the tw…[Read more]

Nope, still the same deal no matter what I do. Two images either linked (from imgur) or uploaded (yes, I waited!) makes the post disappear upon clicking the submit button. One image is fine:

Hi Mark,
I’m sorry you had issues with posting a photo or links. I had some updating that had to be done. Hopefully it solves the problem and you can post a picture. Try to edit (I don’t think you can after creation the post) to reply, or start another post about it and I can delete this one.
Your post sounds intriguing! Hopefully the boa…[Read more]

Hey guys, just want to check if anyone is interested in taking this home before I send it off to the dumpster. Board is roughly 56cm wide and 274cm long, I believe it’s 90L volume, and has a Tuttle Fin box. It doesn’t have a normal mast track, but a two-bolt mast plate can be attached with 1/4-20 screws. The rail just ahead…[Read more]

Oh WOW, 7cm on the sides and 10cm in the center is really small. Most stock boards from Fanatic and Starboard come with 9-10cm on the sides and 14-15cm in the center. Even the kids boards are 9cm side and 14cm center. Yeah, you need bigger fins. Personally, I’ve found that stock fins from Fanatic and Starboard are very good quality and correct…[Read more]

I realize I’m a little late to the party here, but from Rochester, I see Kershaw at the N end of Cdga as the most practical option for South winds (can have a fair bit of W in it before it gets gusty). As Geoff says, nice and shallow quite a ways out to practice beach starts, and it’s fairly trivial to make E/W tacks all the way to the shoreline…[Read more]

Drove it at an Audi event at the Glen, with instructor. Learned a lot in a couple of days. Went from feeling like I was the LOL in the center of the freeway 30 MPH slower (more) than the rest of the traffic, to passing most of the cars in my novice group.
The instructor thought the…[Read more]
